I'm not getting notifications

Check your notification settings

Go to Profile → Notifications and make sure the channels you want (email, desktop, mobile, Slack) are turned on for each event type.

Email

• Look in your spam or promotions folder.
• Add notifications@testlab.example to your contacts or allowlist.
• If you chose Daily digest, emails arrive once a day at 9am in your time zone.

Desktop

Allow notifications for Test Lab in your browser settings, and check that your operating system's Do Not Disturb or Focus mode is off.

Mobile

In your phone's settings, allow notifications for the Test Lab app. Push notifications don't arrive while you're active in the web app.
