Try these steps in order.
1. Check your sign-in method
If you signed up with Google, use Continue with Google. A password won't work for an account that was created with Google.
2. Reset your password
On the sign-in page, click Forgot password. The reset link expires after 1 hour. Check your spam folder if you can't find the email.
3. Check for SSO
If your company uses single sign-on, click Sign in with SSO and enter your work email. Your IT admin manages these accounts.
4. Locked out after too many attempts
After 10 failed attempts, sign-in is paused for 30 minutes. Wait, then try again or reset your password.
